BaseMailer is an email marketing and communication tool that allows users to design, automate, and track emails from within Airtable. Our service is cloud-based and subscription-based.

2. Services

We provide a variety of services, including but not limited to branding, web development, digital marketing, and AI-driven solutions. Each service is subject to its own specific agreement, which outlines the scope, timeline, and payment terms.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the service legally.
Don't use BaseMailer for spam or abuse.
You're responsible for your content.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, templates, and design are © BaruzoTech. You may not resell or copy the service.

5. Payments

Certain features of BaseMailer require payment, and we use Paddle as our payment provider to securely process transactions.

Subscription Payments

If you choose a paid plan, you will need to provide payment information during the sign-up process. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, and your payment method will be charged according to the plan you select.

Free Trial

When you create an account with BaseMailer, a free trial automatically begins. You can enjoy full access to premium features during the free trial period without being charged. The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Once the free trial ends, you will need to manually upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using premium features.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to approval by BaseMailer. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at contact@basemailer.app. All refund requests will be reviewed by us, and we will determine if a refund is applicable based on the circumstances.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations. You may cancel anytime via Paddle.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
• Loss of data or revenue
• Indirect or incidental damages

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
